• Chapter 2, pg.34 • Chapter 3, pg.47 Examples of Additional Client Survey Questions box question 2 on the lefthand side should read "How will you encourage site visitors to return to your site?" not "How will your ... ?" • Chapter 3, pg.63 in diagram 3.7 In the sentence following Audience C, "gotomedia" should be "Company XYZ."
